Returns window
Seven days from delivery, for any reason. We arrange the pickup, so you do not need to find a courier or print anything.
What we cannot take back
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened supplements, oils or personal-care items. Faulty goods are covered regardless, under the applicable warranty and your statutory rights.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued once the item reaches us, back to the original payment method, typically within five to seven working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
