Lakadong turmeric from the Jaintia hills of Meghalaya, ground from a single variety rather than blended. The colour is noticeably deeper than everyday turmeric, so a little goes further in warm milk or in cooking. The pack prints the quantity and the batch reference. It is the same plant as our everyday Turmeric Powder, grown in one named region.
