About us
Compassion beyond care.
Compassion Beyond Care exists for a simple reason: growing older at home should never mean growing lonely. We give older adults a familiar voice and a steady hand with everyday life, and give their families the reassurance that someone is checking in.
Who we are
Compassion Beyond Care is a team — care companions, coordinators, and the people behind them — brought together by one simple belief: no one should grow older feeling alone.
We saw it every day in our work talking with older Americans and their families: the distance, the worry, the small things that pile up when there's no one to call. Full-time care costs a fortune; check-in apps feel like talking to a wall. We wanted to build the warm, human middle — a familiar voice, twice a week, that genuinely knows the person on the other end.
That's who we are, and why we do this.
Our mission
To help older adults live independently at home, with dignity, real human connection, and a dependable hand with everyday life.
Our vision
A world where growing older at home never means growing lonely, where every senior stays connected, supported and seen.
What we believe
Dignity first
We support independence and choice. We help, we never take over.
Real human connection
A person, not an app. The same companion who knows the stories and how the tea is taken.
Continuity
The same voice, the same days, every week, so trust has time to grow.
We show up
Two calls a week, reliably. Reminders handled, errands done, follow-ups closed.
What we set out to do
Full-time in-home care is expensive and more than many families need. Automated check-in apps are affordable but cold. Senior Health sits in between: consistent, human support at a price that makes sense, so you or your parent get genuine company and practical help without anyone giving up their independence.
Full-time care
Thorough, but costly and more than many families actually need.
Compassion Beyond Care
Consistent, human support at a price that makes sense, independence intact.
Check-in apps
Affordable, but automated and impersonal. No one who truly knows you.
Care that feels like family, on a schedule you can count on.
Consistent connection, practical support and genuine company, for older adults who want to stay independent at home and the families who love them.
